48 EUR bill invoice while I did not buy anything?

Hi

I recently sold two items of worth 480 euros to customers. Next month I have recieved 48 EUR bill invoice from ebay. I have no Idea why have that charged me this money. 

Is that the commission on the devices that I sold through ebay?

Moreiver both coustomers recently sent their items back to me because they did not like it and I sent their money back to them. Ebay should not be charging any money from me now?

Any help would be appreciated.
