Dear sellers,  With “eBay International Shipping,” you can now reach buyers outside the European Union (EU) more easily. eBay takes care of the key steps of international shipping - without any extra effort or cost for you. Starting in September 2026 we will gradually activate eBay accounts for the program. As soon as your account is activated, we’ll let you know. Eligible active listings will then automatically be considered for sale with eBay International Shipping. How it works If one of your items sells via eBay International Shipping to a buyer outside the EU, you send it to our shipping center in Germany. From there, we handle international onward shipping, customs clearance, and the processing of returns for you - at no additional cost to you. Nothing changes for your sales within Germany and the EU. Dear sellers, Together with DHL, we’re launching a pilot: starting now, DHL products Päckchen S and Päckchen M will automatically include tracking when the shipping labels are purchased directly through the eBay shipping platform at ebay.de . What’s new? Automatic tracking for DHL Päckchen S DHL Päckchen M Tracking is activated directly when you buy the shipping labels at ebay.de . Buyers benefit from more transparency about the shipping status, and you know that the parcel has finally arrived safely with your buyers. Important note: Tracking applies exclusively to shipping labels purchased via the eBay shipping platform. DHL Päckchen labels purchased outside of eBay do not include tracking. Which items are the tracked parcels suitable for? DHL Päckchen with tracking are especially suitable for shipping light and lower-cost items where simple and transparent tracking is desired. For higher-value items, sellers can still use the DHL parcel products on the eBay shipping platform – including liability coverage up to 500 €. Pilot phase The joint pilot from eBay and DHL has already started and is expected to run until the end of the year. Dear sellers, if you sell corresponding energy-related products in the EU or the United Kingdom, you are required to provide energy labels and information about product performance in your listings. These include, among other things, electrical appliances, light sources, smartphones and tablets, as well as tires. This helps buyers make informed purchase decisions and ensures that you meet the applicable legal requirements.  From now on, you can upload your energy label and your product data sheet in the “Product notes” section as a PDF file or as an image when creating or editing corresponding listings. Until now, only image uploads were possible. What you need to do now ●      Upload your energy efficiency label and your product data sheet either as a PDF or as an image. ●      PDF files must not be larger than 10 MB. ●      Check all listings with the “Good until cancelled” option. Update older listings if necessary so that they comply with the applicable regulations.  ●      Provide the correct information on energy efficiency for the relevant products. ●      If you manage listings through a third party, please coordinate with them on how you can upload your energy label and product data sheet in PDF or image format. Please note that these regulations may also apply to refurbished and used products. You can find more information on the European Commission website . Listings that are missing required energy efficiency information may not be shown to buyers or may not be available for purchase. More information can be found on our help page .
