Hello I have registered a new eBay account and now I am getting a message from eBay that the account will be restricted because my VAT number is not stored or is not quite correct. I have stored my VAT number and it is correct too....checked it again just to be sure. The buyer had specified a post office branch as the shipping address. When I wanted to print the shipping label, I got a message saying that I couldn’t ship to the post office branch. So then I had the item shipped via a postal service provider. The buyer sent me a message saying that the item arrived undamaged. I’m not getting any information from eBay about how I can get my money. What can I do?

Good evening, when I want to send the checkout process for two auctioned items, I get this error message:

My ordered item was supposed to be delivered to the next parcel station 216 in Munich, without any special oversize. This did not work; neither the buyer nor the seller is to blame. The seller is lodging a complaint with DHL and the buyer with eBay so that the listing can be removed from the outdated pickup station. Is this possible here? The customer support AI was totally incompetent. Best regards

I have listed a lens for sale and received an offer from a seller. I can also find the message on eBay, but I can't contact the buyer to let them know that I'd like to accept the offer. The lens is still actively listed.

I recently became the victim of a scam I had been unaware of until then. After the purchase, the seller entered a tracking number for a letter and later changed it (after the actual delivery) to a UPS tracking number. The item number is 407035718978 The purchase could therefore neither be canceled nor the delivery tracked. The delivery was made to the same postal code, but according to UPS it was received by a different person. eBay apparently considers the same city sufficient proof of shipment. At the same time, the same seller is verifiably ripping off dozens of other buyers, as can be seen from the reviews. A large portion of the reviews is still being deleted. The case that was opened was decided against me because of the fake and dubious tracking number. The appeal as well. I am shocked that eBay tolerates buyer protection - and even worse - such an obvious scam in which dozens or even more buyers and customers are being harmed. I hope that the matter will still be pursued somehow.
