Contact met verkoper of Ebay zelf
I bought running shoes via Ebay. After 14 days, they still haven’t been delivered. I can’t see any proof at all that they’re even on the way. Via the FAQ, Ebay advises me to let the seller know about this. When I click that option, I keep ending up on a page with the message: "This page doesn’t work.".
So I try to contact Ebay itself via this page.

When I click 'e-mail us' there, I end up on an index page and can’t contact Ebay at all.
Strange way of doing things. What am I doing wrong?

Footlet (just search for it) is part of Excelstuff and is in the UK
There’s a good chance your package is at customs; after all, you have to pay import duties and customs clearance fees, since the UK is no longer part of the EU.

OP3 years agoDear, the shoes come from Italy, not from the UK. It’s not Footlet, but Footoutlet. How do you know that, by the way, because I didn’t mention that name anywhere in my post.
