The buyer doesn't respond after receiving the sold item. Do I automatically get my money?

I sold an item that arrived with the buyer in France.
He no longer responds to my messages, but he has already paid. My money is on hold.
Does anyone know if this will automatically be transferred to me after a certain period, or does that only happen after confirmation of receipt.

I assume that you have marked the item as shipped. I also assume, given the amount that you sent it registered, then you can also enter the tracking number
