Recently bought something on eBay from GB. eBay charges VAT on this so I no longer have to pay it upon arrival, but I did indeed have to pay VAT on the package again. After a lot of back and forth I want to raise this with eBay, but via the site it’s impossible to get in touch with customer service, which I think is a very bad thing. I want my overpaid VAT back, and PostNL refers me to the seller, who knows nothing, and refers me to eBay, where you run into a wall with a customer service that doesn’t exist because there’s nowhere to go... at least I can’t find it because you just keep running into a wall. Probably in the wrong forum too...
