I am a victim of fraud.
A package from the US was delivered by YunExpress to a different address and someone signed for receipt. In the system it therefore shows as ' delivered' . I went to that address and the person who signed denies having received the package. Looks like I can kiss the package goodbye. What now? I want my money back. eBay can't be reached, so I'm hoping to get a refund through the credit card company. I also want to file a police report
