I need to update things....but I'm a private individual, so how am I supposed to "update" that?

I was asked to update things..... I’m private ....do I need to upgrade to business in order to be able to receive a payout for something I sold? I also don’t have a tax number....thanks for the tip.

Very difficult to give a tip, because what are those "things", phone number? Check address? Or something like that?
