Items sold, but it's a digital concert ticket so I can't provide a tracking number on eBay
Hi, I sold tickets from Ticketmaster but I can’t provide a tracking number because the tickets are sent digitally via Ticketmaster to the new owner. However, eBay says:
'Thanks for shipping the order! The balance from this sale is on hold until we can confirm delivery. Upload your tracking details so you receive your balance without delay. Your balance is generally released one day after delivery is confirmed.
Add tracking details'.
So I don’t have any tracking details. What can I do about this?
