Can't pay eBay selling fees.

I owe eBay 100 euros, but my account number is not being accepted for payment.
I can receive money just fine. However, I can't get any credit card to work with the current eBay system. What should I do now? I had already contacted support about this problem earlier in the past when I didn't owe anything at all, but I wasn't helped with it.
Is there another way to make a one-time payment to eBay? I don't really sell that much on eBay anymore since it's not really a very good site these days. But I just want to get rid of this payment.
