Despite what is stated otherwise in the status information, I have not received my purchase

Question

Despite what is stated otherwise in the status information for my purchase, I have

not received the purchase. The product coming from China was supposedly delivered

on June 13, 2025 at my home address (Utrechtsestraatweg 102 3438 AR Nieuwegein).

However, this did not happen. It is also not possible to contact the seller

(link leads to nonsense). Please explain or where can I still go to pick up the product?

We (ordinary eBay members) cannot help you with this. You also shouldn't expect anything from the seller (China!!) or eBay (has no customer service). Contact the delivery service (postnl, DHL ,dpd ??)
