Package sent to Poland returned after 2 delivery attempts
I am a private seller and do not accept returns. Now in November I sent a package to Poland that I received back as a return today. The buyer says that he did not receive any notification from the Polish post office. Apparently he also did not check the tracking number provided. What now? Of course I can take the item back and refund it, but what about the shipping costs? And the eBay fees? It feels odd to refund those too. Anyone have experience with this?
