I received a message from eBay saying that I still haven’t paid for an item, although this is demonstrably not the case.

The item has also already been shipped.

I have already submitted a question about this problem.

However, I would have preferred to ask eBay customer service about this.

No matter which buttons I use, I can’t reach customer service; I keep ending up back at the eBay community.

A bit annoying and not very reassuring.

The item has been paid for and also already shipped. I think the seller forgot to tick "payment received". So please contact the seller Ebay.nl has no customer service. Everything goes via India
