I ordered something and also paid the VAT. Because the seller put the wrong invoice in the package, which does not meet the requirements of an IOSS invoice, I have to pay VAT again to the carrier.
The seller responds to my complaint by saying I should go to eBay. But eBay is unreachable.
According to customs, in this case the seller must refund the VAT.
