Item allegedly not received
Summary: withe4 reported that a buyer claimed not to have received an item after leaving a positive review for it. Although a refund was issued, withe4 doubts the accuracy of the claim and suspects possible fraud or a misunderstanding due to long delivery times. petersmodellbahnstuebchen suggests reaching out to the buyer to clarify the situation.
I sold an item that the buyer rated positively, “happy to buy again.” Now she is claiming not to have received the item.
I then arranged a refund. But something doesn’t seem right!! If you supposedly haven’t received an item,
you wouldn’t leave a positive review. My money (not exactly a fortune) is probably gone now, but it’s a matter of principle. It already reads
like a bit of fraud, or was it just a mistake because of the long delivery time from the post office, etc.??

what does the buyer have to say about it? I’d ask about that here.
