What should be noted if the used item is assessed as flawless and it is not. Wanted human contact, help from eBay. Not possible. Contact the seller, who has now logged off.

you are phrasing your question very vaguely, what exactly would you like to know?
Have you already received the item? Only then can you assess whether it actually differs from the item description and would therefore be eligible for a complaint, meaning buyer protection would apply.
As long as promotions are still running, a seller can't just deregister from one moment to the next
Commercial or private seller?
Was there an email exchange?
Deadlines must be observed / adhered to
