Experiences with unpublished seller feedback
Hello everyone! A negative seller feedback I gave was not published on eBay. I also can't find it in the ratings portal under "submitted." The feedback was written objectively. Did I understand the information on the help pages correctly, that negative ratings are automatically suppressed if you have sent a cancellation request? Best regards

·2 weeks agoIf someone cancels, why do you still have to leave negative feedback for the seller?
Ratings are deleted if they violate the guidelines.

OP2 weeks agoQuite simply: The goods were still shipped, and the seller’s communication in connection with that was — to put it mildly — inadequate.
