Good day, I had recently listed a Mediabook and made a mistake when entering the price, entering 5,99€ instead of 59,99€. The Mediabook was sold and of course I then noticed the mistake.After that I canceled the purchase and, of course, did not have this as an option. So I gave the reason that the item was no longer in stock. However, in the email to the buyer I named the real reason. The buyer’s reaction, however, was a false claim:Caution, canceled purchases because the price was too cheap! Then claims it was no longer in stock! Not recommended!!!!!!! Since in my view this does not correspond to the truth, I would be happy if this review could be removed.Of course I understand that the original mistake was mine, but I do not think the reaction and the review are correct.
