·1 week agoone of the many reasons why E bay is getting worse and worse. For me as a private seller, E Bay no longer makes any sense. I tried again recently and three times I experienced buyers buying and then the next day asking to cancel for flimsy reasons.

After four days, an unpaid item is reported.
The user is put on the bidder block list.

·1 month agoThis has not been about curbing revenge ratings since 2008. Non-payers aren't rated at all; instead, the purchase is canceled after at least 4 days and a note is added to the user's account.
