Hello,I recently received a rude negative review from a buyer that I really can't just let stand. The review: "Description was not correct, there was 5g less than stated" (including typo)I've already tried to find an amicable solution with the buyer, but because of the drop in the silver price over the last few days (which the buyer is surely aware of too…) I'm not willing to take it back. I clearly marked in the listing that returns are not possible.In the auction, 4 silver coins were sold as a set – two of them with a fine silver content of 500/1000 (i.e. half fine silver) and 999/1000 (almost) pure fine silver. After some back and forth, it increasingly seems that the buyer simply doesn't understand the concept (or doesn't want to understand it) that a coin weighing 10g with 500/1000 fineness contains only 5g of silver. He argues that it is 2.5g. But that still doesn't add up, because by his logic he would then be missing a total of 7.5g from the two coins with 500/1000 silver content. I explicitly stated the total amount of fine silver in all the coins together (40g), photographed the coins on the scale with the weight, described each coin individually in the text, roughly as follows:(Example)Weight: approx. 10 gMaterial: silverPrecious metal fineness: 500/1000Silver content: approx. 5 gCan someone from eBay please take care of this and have a look at the appalling message history between the buyer and me? I find it unbearable that someone can get away with such nonsense and after 26 years on eBay can really stick me with a defamatory trash review for the first time. I'm even considering right now whether it would make sense to take legal action, but I'd prefer to go the easy route.Thanks!
