A PowerSeller sold me a generator in January. I paid via PayPal. Then I was strung along for months with one excuse after another about delivery delays, even though the seller kept “selling” large quantities with short delivery times. I then contacted PayPal and PayPal refunded the purchase price after 14 days because the seller did not respond. I want to rate the seller accordingly. But eBay does not allow a review. You should be able to warn other buyers about this seller. Does anyone have any advice?

even if you can no longer rate the seller. The dispute with PayPal definitely has consequences for the seller account if such cases happen more often. These have a direct impact on the service statistics.
