Change to our community support starting September 26, 2026
Hello everyone,
As part of a global restructuring, the support for our eBay Community is changing through the Community Support Team. Until this evening, Friday, September 25, 2026, two colleagues from the team will still be there for you in rotation. After that, the team's support will end, and with it the previous weekend support as well.
The basic idea of our Community remains unchanged: members help members. If a concern requires individual handling by eBay or insight into the personal eBay account, our regular customer service will in future be the first point of contact.
@steffi@ebay , @miriam@ebay and @patrick@ebay will continue to be there for you in the Community as the eBay team. We will accompany the exchange, pick up your questions and current topics, and take your feedback with us.
We would like to thank our Community Support Team warmly for their many years of support and the time we shared together. ❤️
