| Dear Geert Onraet-Deschodt, |
| Our records show that you owe us money for fees arising from your selling activities on eBay. |
| Fees resulting from refunds, claims, and disputes are deducted directly from your pending payouts. If your payouts are not sufficient to cover these amounts, the fees will be charged via your registered payment method (debit card or credit card and/or linked checking account). |
| So far, we have not been able to collect the amounts owed through your pending payouts or your registered payment methods. You must pay these amounts to avoid restrictions on your selling activities. |
| You can view all transactions that led to the amount owed in the Payments tab in Seller Hub or My eBay. |
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue: - Make a one-time payment to update your balance.
- The amount due at that time will be shown on the screen
- Then update your registered payment sources to cover any future fees.
|
| If you do not make a payment, we may apply restrictions to your selling activities and cancel your store subscription. These restrictions may include limiting your listing privileges until the balance is paid. |

What happens if I don't pay my fees? Your selling privileges will then be restricted, as will the ability to communicate with other members via eBay messages. We will continue further collection efforts for the outstanding balance. Please note that a collection agency may charge fees for collecting the unpaid eBay fees. These fees vary depending on the amount owed and may need to be paid in addition to the outstanding fees. |
I thought fees were paid through Managed Payments Fees resulting from refunds, claims, and disputes are deducted directly from your pending payouts. If your payouts are not sufficient to cover these amounts, the fees will be charged via your registered payment method (debit card or credit card and/or linked checking account). If that does not work through that payment method, the amounts remain unpaid. |
I added a checking account and/or credit card as my backup payment method, but eBay has not charged any money. The available balance in your checking account may be insufficient, your card details may have expired, or your card may have been declined. Make a one-time payment by following the steps above. |
