seller tries to steal money from me and ebay rules in favour of seller while i can't contact ebay
seller is trying to steal money from me by changing the offer between delivery and order, and refuses to deliver pakage and the pakage is kept hostage for a ransom (of about a fouth of the entire value of the item), witch i specificly bougth for the price and that ransom completely detroys the deal and like that was not bad enough he demand even a ransom to return the pakage i never received and a another ransom of 20% and the seller send messages that say ebay has already ruled in his favour, while i haven't even has the possebility to contact ebay, and at the moment the only way i can contact ebay is with a e-mailadres that was included in a message the seller send where ebay says they wil close the case in his favour as soon as i report the item as not received, witch i cannot do until 28 nov 2025, with other words both ebay and the seller are refusing to help, and based on the message of seller ebay won't give me any chance to defend myself
