When I press the payment button for sending, it doesn't work.
I want to ship my product and want to drop it off, but that can’t be done because when I click the pay button it takes me nowhere, it doesn’t give an error but nothing happens, and I talked to the AI but that didn’t help at all. The option where someone picks it up works, but I think there are extra costs and I don’t want that, so I want help with this. I’ve also already emailed because I wanted to speak with someone from eBay, but that didn’t work either, so I hope you can help me with this.

2. If I understand correctly, you sold an item (a camera) and you want to drop it off yourself.
3. Does the customer pay in advance or on receipt (it actually makes no difference to eBay)
4. "Pay button" no idea what you mean by that
5. Simple; you send (or have already sent) the customer an invoice. You bring the camera and receive the money.
On eBay, under your sale of the camera, there are a whole lot of options. You then click payment received and item shipped. That's it for eBay.
