Hello, I sincerely hope someone can give me an answer to this. On January 22 I placed an order in the USA and paid for it. Now I can keep an eye on when the estimated delivery time is. This actually changes every day and keeps getting longer! By now the package will be delivered between March 3 and 12. By then I won’t have any use for it anymore because it’s for carnival! If I go to the page 'contact the seller,' you can still tick a few options. There I ticked the option 'I have not yet received my package' and to my surprise it says there that it was delivered on February 3!!! How can this be? Anyone have any experience with this?
I also ordered something on eBay from France la poste" , and here too I see " delivered" , even though it hasn't been received. What should I do? And now I also see that a more expensive order still hasn't been shipped for 10 days... while the seller isn't responding. Should I be worried? Thanks for the tip!
