Error with passport number in final step, post ad

Hi all,

I’m a Dutch woman living in Spain.

I’ve just created an account for selling vintage furniture.

However, I don’t have an ID, only a passport. I can’t get through the last step because I get an error regarding the passport number. Can you help me out? I’ve tried both my NIE from Spain and my NL number (passport number) several times, but without success. Kind regards, Lisa

Everything has to match up; due to your address, an account on eBay Spain may be the only option.

Thanks for your help. However, I have shared everything from a copy of my passport, proof of address (electricity bill), but my NIE is being seen as an error. If I use my passport number, I also get an error. Any other tips? Best, Lisa.
