Extra charges applied + damage
Hello everyone, I have a question..
I bought a repair service via ebay. Certain agreements were not kept, such as:
-you shouldn’t have to pay any extra costs (import-export) for repair when sending and receiving it back => still had me pay the costs.
-scratches caused to my goods during the repair.
What are my rights as a customer? Can I request a refund or compensation?
