Dear eBay members,

I bought something from China on November 8 and it still hasn’t arrived.

According to the tracking number, it arrived in the Netherlands on November 19, and after that it disappeared without a trace.

Now I’ve had this happen several times over the past few months, this is the 4th time. 3 times from China and 1 time from India.

I’ve already gotten my money back 3 times, which is nice, but I’d rather have my items.

Have more people experienced this?

I’ve bought a lot on eBay but haven’t had this happen this often before.

I experience that regularly too. Right now I’m once again waiting (in vain?) for ordered items that have already been in the country for weeks.

Isn’t it at customs or PTT because of customs clearance?

I’ve had that happen before if it was something valuable, and now it’s things ranging from 3 to 13 euros. They’re not watches or anything either.

Back then I got a message from customs, now I’m not hearing anything.

How can I find out whether it’s there?

And I also don’t know who’s transporting it in the Netherlands.
