Disable shipping service

Hello everyone,
when I relist an item for auction on ebay and select the shipping service, I enter the weight and dimensions of the package. After that, I always only get Hermes shipping parcel M for 5.19 euros with tracking shown.
If I enter the weight and dimensions for the same package directly on Hermes, I get Hermes parcel shown for 6.99 euros.
On the ebay page I can't change the shipping service to Hermes parcel.
Similar problem:
An item that I listed for auction some time ago has now been bid on.
I had set Hermes parcel with tracking for 5.19 euros as the shipping option.
When selecting and buying the shipping label via ebay, the originally selected shipping service is no longer shown and I can no longer select it either. The only thing shown and selectable is always DHL parcel M / small parcel with tracking for 5.19 euros.

regarding your "similar" problem: what dimensions did you enter?
For the Hermes parcel, the following applies:
Dimensions: longest + shortest side max. 37 cm
Maybe that's the reason.

OP2 weeks agoRegarding my similar problem.
When I listed the auctions, I didn't have to enter any dimensions on eBay yet. I entered the dimensions of my item on the original Hermes website and got the response there that it was a Hermes parcel for 5.19 euros.
And I was able to find this shipping service on the eBay page and set it up without any problems. It also worked without any problems for previous auctions. Only with my current sales from 28.08.2026 did I suddenly have these problems. I don't know why.

And I’ve never entered any dimensions or weights on eBay, I just chose the shipping I want.

OP2 weeks agoFirst of all, many thanks for the quick reply.
I don't know that I ever activated the framework conditions. I was on the page you suggested, read everything, and then came to the framework conditions page. Then I deactivated the framework conditions. No changes when listing new items.
I also haven't had to enter dimensions and weight until now. Likewise, when shipping items I won in an auction, I was always able to select the preselected shipping service.

·2 weeks agoYes, it happened to me too that all of a sudden I had framework conditions that I had never created. However, I can't get rid of them again, thanks to eBay.
Maybe an eBay employee still has an idea of what it could be, unless there is currently also an error there like with other things. She will get back here.
