⏸️ Small update on the eBay Q&A session 🩵✨
Hello dear eBay Community, we have a small update for you – and of course we’re taking you straight behind the scenes 👀 Our eBay Q&A session is taking a break for now ⏸ ️ Why? Quite simply: We’ve realized that the current format hasn’t been quite meeting your needs lately, or is simply being used less than before. And instead of just carrying on as usual, we want to use the opportunity to develop something new and even better for you 💡 🚀 👉 Don’t worry – we’re still here for you! You can post your questions in the eBay Community at any time as usual – we’ll help you just as quickly and reliably there 🙌 So the break isn’t a goodbye, but more of a “we’re currently tinkering on something new for you” 🔧 ✨ Of course we’ll keep you posted and get back to you as soon as there are any updates! Thanks for your questions and your exchanges – you’re what makes this community what it is 🩵 Your eBay Community Team & Community Support Team

💬 Welcome to the general eBay Q&A session on 29/04/2026 at 2:00 p.m.
With the eBay Community Team & the Community Support Team Hello everyone and ❤️ -ly welcome to today's eBay Q&A session! Since we haven't prepared a specific topic this week, we'd like to invite you to ask your general questions here about buying and selling on eBay. ❗ Please make sure not to duplicate topics that already exist from other members. Check beforehand whether your question has already been asked. 🛠 ️ How the Q&A session works: ➤ One question per post Please always ask only one question per post. But you can post multiple posts with different questions – that is explicitly encouraged! ➤ No new posts for existing questions Please don't ask follow-up questions or reminders to threads that already exist, such as "I'm still waiting for a response" "My question still hasn't been answered" as a new post. We want to keep the communication clear and ask you to always stay in the existing thread so that no duplicate conversations arise. ➤ Q&A session period ⏰ The Q&A session is always open from 14:00 to 15:00. After that, it will be closed for new questions. Of course, we will continue to answer all open questions. Please understand that it may take a while – especially if we bring in colleagues to help clarify things so we can give you the best possible answer. ✍️ How to ask your question: Click "Reply" at the bottom right under this post Enter your question Between 14:00 and 15:00, click "Reply" to submit your question ℹ️ Note on the format We use the discussion forum format here, in which all posts appear chronologically. The Community Team processes your questions in order and quotes the respective original question in the reply. 📌 The eBay Q&A session is a question-and-answer format for individual topics. It is not meant for discussions. For conversations, opinions, or exchange, please continue to use our discussion forum. 🤔 Missed it? If you missed the Q&A session: 👉 Just ask your question directly in the Community Forum or 👉 Stop by again for the next Q&A session on Wednesday – we look forward to seeing you!
