Thank you very much for taking part in the eBay Q&A session with the eBay Community Team.
Since we don't have a specific topic this week, please don't hesitate to ask your general buying or selling questions here. To help us answer your questions faster, we ask that you post one question per post. Of course, you can post as many contributions in the eBay Q&A session as you like - we'd even prefer it that way!
The Q&A session will remain open until 3:00 PM. After that, it will be closed for further questions. Of course, we will continue to make sure we answer any questions that may still be unanswered – please give us a little time for that 🙏.
To ask your question, click Reply in the bottom right corner of this post, enter your question, and click "Reply" between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. The eBay Q&A session format mirrors the format of our community discussion forums, where all posts appear chronologically. The Community Team answers each incoming question in that order and then quotes the original question in the respective reply. This quote and the answer appear later chronologically and thus further down.
Questions that we cannot answer directly during the session will be handled by us with a link to the answer.
If you unfortunately missed the eBay Q&A session, we would be happy if you posted your question directly in the Community or simply waited until the next Q&A session.

I have tickets for a Ärzte concert that, unfortunately, I can’t go to. These tickets are NOT personalized. The name is only entered on the ticket itself, not when ordering. Nevertheless, eBay does not allow the sale and blocks the listing. What can I do?

Hello @glen4720 and thanks for letting us know! It’s hard to give a prognosis from here without knowing the specific listing. At the end of our Help page: Policy on tickets, flight tickets, and admission tickets you’ll find the contact options to discuss your situation with our colleagues in customer service.
In general, tickets for concerts and other events on which the entitled attendees are not named are allowed on eBay 🙂.

Which numbers regarding the waste disposal law are required or requested by eBay?

Hello @badplanet_online! Do you mean the requirements from the German Packaging Act? We need the LUCID number from commercial sellers. This must be stored in the eBay user account under “Personal data and privacy” under "Company details".
Commercial sellers must also license packaging with a dual system, i.e. conclude a license agreement with a dual system: llizenzero.de/ebay

·4 years agoHello everyone, I need some help. When I enter my term in the search at the top, it shows me hundreds of results. It no longer shows me the "Auction, Buy It Now, item location" options to narrow the search. I use Google Chrome, up to date, everything was still working yesterday.
What could be causing this? Everything is as usual in Firefox.
