Since we don't have a special topic this week, please don't hesitate to ask your (general buying or selling questions, please not topics already covered by other members) here.
To help us answer your questions faster, we ask you to choose one question per post. Of course, you can write as many posts in the eBay Q&A session as you like - that's actually what we'd like you to do!
The Q&A session will remain open until 3:00 p.m. After that, it will be closed for further questions. Of course, we will continue to make sure that all questions that may still be unanswered are answered – please give us some time for that, as we often have to ask other colleagues for support to get the correct answer for you.
To publish your question, click Reply in the lower right corner of this post, enter your question, and click "Reply" between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
The format of the eBay Q&A session reflects the format of our Community discussion forums, where all posts appear chronologically. The Community Team answers each incoming question in this order and then quotes the original question in the respective reply. This quote and the reply appear later chronologically and thus further down.
IMPORTANT: even though we use the format of the discussion forum, the Q&A session is separate and solely for individual members' questions only and not for starting discussions - please use our discussion forum.

users are still reporting that they can't contact others via eBay messages.
How does eBay imagine this is supposed to continue? Because of this, deals will certainly fail to go through, and possibly bad ratings will also be left because, quite simply, people can't reply or be contacted.

Hello @perfect-sally, thanks for needing us at least, even though you're not affected and the error is already known and being worked on, and so it's actually more of a topic for the Mentors Lounge 😘. Unfortunately, there is still no positive feedback that it's running smoothly again for all members 😪. But the tech team is still on it!
