Since we don’t have a specific topic this week, please feel free to ask your (please not topics already existing from other members) general buying or selling questions here.
To be able to answer your questions more quickly, we ask you to choose one question per post. Of course you can write as many posts in the eBay Q&A session as you like - in fact, we want you to!
The Q&A session will remain open until 3:00 p.m. After that it will be closed for further questions. Of course, we will continue to make sure to answer all questions that may still be unanswered – please give us a little time for that, as we often have to ask other colleagues for support in order to get the correct answer for you.
To post your question, click on Reply in the lower right corner of this post, enter your question and click on "Reply" between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
The format of the eBay Q&A session reflects the format of our community discussion forums, in which all posts appear chronologically. The Community Team answers each incoming question in that order and then quotes the original question in the respective reply. This quote and the answer appear later chronologically and thus further down.
IMPORTANT: even though we use the format of the discussion forum, the Q&A session is separate and on its own for individual members' questions only and not to start a discussion - for that, please use our discussion forum.
If you unfortunately missed the eBay Q&A session, we’d be happy if you posted your question directly in the Community, or just wait until the next Q&A session.

before time runs out, just a quick note from me. In the past I’ve had the problem again that, because of incorrect addresses, buying the label through Ebay was not possible.
I had exactly the same thing with order number 11-12743-6856211-12743-68562
Here, a case of "item not received" was decided against me, or apparently the seller protection does not apply because I did not buy the label through Ebay - difficult when Ebay does not allow it technically.
Please review my appeal regarding this again.
Incidentally, this problem exists with every shipment to Greece.

Hello @itec-systems, and great that you're contributing again here today! The specific example will help us review the situation regarding the character limit once more.
The tracking information stored does not show any movement, so we cannot grant an appeal either. If anything is still unclear, please open a new thread, as the question-and-answer session has now ended for this week.
PS: It is known internally that shipping labels for shipments to Greece cannot currently be purchased via the eBay shipping platform; a solution is being worked on.

when you create a new article and want to specify the manufacturer under product notes, you also have to select the country. Unfortunately, this country list is all over the place. Couldn’t it be switched to alphabetical sorting? For example, France is listed there, then Gambia, three other countries, and then Germany somewhere later on. We have many products from a German manufacturer, and it always takes ages to find Germany in the list.

I took a closer look at it and can understand what you mean.
The reason the order is not completely alphabetical is that the countries are translated from English, but the order was kept the same.
We’ll definitely pass this along again.
