Hello everyone,In a seller account that I manage, the account was deactivated some time ago for 1–2 days due to an issue with the company name. The problem has since been resolved, and the account is active again.I have now set up a major promotion for April. However, the items are not being taken over, and in the action manager, all products only show:“SKIPPED: New item”As a result, I cannot use the planned discount promotion. I will also use a coupon, but I would like to use the regular price promotion as well.Has anyone ever had this problem? Is there a way to still unlock the products for the promotion?
