HELP! My ad fees are too high and impossible to understand | eBay Marketing Tools & Advertising

Hello, I started a Premium Ads campaign on 26/6 running until 30/6! At first nothing happened, yesterday on 29/6 I noticed that all of a sudden I had lots of watchers on my items and could therefore make price suggestions. Then there were about 10 sales with around 200 euros in revenue. Today I looked at the Advertising Cockpit and it said ad fees 441 euros. I had capped the daily budget at €8. How can the fees be that high??? When are these fees charged? I've stopped the campaign for now. I also asked eBay for clarification, but so far no response. I don't find these campaigns transparent at all! Can someone help me??
