I've been experiencing an issue with being unable to access eBay's advertising features despite fulfilling all the necessary requirements. My account boasts over 99% positive reviews and I've maintained above-average performance over the past six months, processing more than 2,400 transactions. However, I'm still being informed by support that I'm not eligible to list advertisements. Asked for a manual review and they said its not possible as it is system automated. What steps have you taken if you've encountered a similar situation, and how did you resolve it? ·3 weeks agoI wouldn’t know why someone should be denied access to listings on eBay, but a lot at eBay depends on service stats, and with 21 negative ratings within 8 months, they probably won’t look that good? You’re also at 98.9% positive ratings.
You’re additionally risking extremely high costs from cease-and-desist letters/lawsuits, since your legal information is completely missing.

OP3 weeks agoHi actually it’s about advertisement section to promote the listings. Yes service stats are above average from second month and I recently converted my account to commercial, small business type before I was selling privately on eBay that’s why maybe the information was missing I have to update. But main concern is most of accounts have options to promote the listings from very start. But for my account it’s not enabled till now.
