Premium listing
Good morning:-)
I sold a Sega Game yesterday for 16.99, this appears in my premium campaign as clicked and sold. However, it isn’t advertised there at all! How can that be?

·10 months agoIn your Advertising cockpit and there under Premium Ads - you should be able to see which ones are all advertised under it, right?

OP10 months agoOf course I can see that, these just aren’t under Premium. But they’re shown there like that. Article for 27.99 yesterday is listed under Basic, these 27.99 are shown in the Premium chart as sold.

Hello @loeppchensrummelbude - so now it’s about 388954035830, right? I’m not quite following yet where the article is being shown to you as a sale via Premium listing. Could you please give me a quick nudge in the right direction? Please note that the metrics are transmitted almost in real time and a reconciliation takes at least 72 hours, and for some ad types possibly even longer. Thanks!
Best regards
Miriam

OP10 months agoYes exactly, this item, sold for 27.99. It was in a basic ad. If I look at the details of the premium campaign from 11.07. now, so the performance curve with clicks, revenue and fees shows exactly these 27.99 there as revenue. Which actually can’t be right, because it was never advertised as premium😉

Thanks, then I know what's up now, @loeppchensrummelbude. At campaign level, under campaign performance, you have the option to adjust the metrics and only show promoted or non-promoted items. If you change the filter to "Promoted [with Ads Premium] items", revenue drops to 0, which is correct for this day.
In the campaign cockpit at eBay, revenue from Premium Ads is counted even if the purchase does not happen directly through the ad later on. This is because we attribute the revenue to an ad as soon as someone has clicked the ad once and then buys the item within about 30 days - regardless of whether it happens via the ad or some other way. The idea is to make visible what influence the ad had on the purchase.
We can continue to confirm that no Premium Ads fees were incurred for the sale of item 388954035830.
Best regards
