Update to the Terms of Use for Payment Processing

we would like to inform you about the new version of our Terms of Use for payment processing . This new version will take effect on 14 May 2023.
We have updated the payment processing terms to present the payment services we provide to you more clearly. For example, the updated terms include additional information about how we work with other eBay companies and third parties that help us provide the payment services, how we collect outstanding amounts from you, and how we share your information within eBay or with third parties in order to comply with applicable law.
If you, as a consumer, do not agree with the proposed changes, you may reject them at any time before 14 May 2023 by notifying us in text form or terminate the payment processing agreement free of charge and without notice. This can be done, for example, by email or by contacting customer service. Otherwise, your consent to the changes will be deemed granted.
