Update for eBay.ch: New item conditions for used clothing
Dear sellers,
Recently, we announced that starting February 4, 2025 additional item conditions for used clothing will be available. We have decided to introduce the new item conditions at a later date. Launch is now planned for mid-February.
Providing you with the best possible selling experience on eBay is important to us. That’s why we’re making some optimizations before the new item conditions are released. Thanks to these updates, you’ll be able to communicate the item condition of your used clothing listings to your buyers more accurately in future. This will help you avoid returns that are due to the condition of your item.
As soon as the new item conditions are available to you in mid-February, we recommend that you update your listings as quickly as possible. This way, you can avoid unnecessary returns and make sure your relevant listings appear in eBay search results.
