The Digital Services Act (Digital Service Act) has come into force
Dear sellers,
we would like to remind you that since the end of January 2025, all businesses offering items in the European Union must have a verified business address, phone number, and email address stored in their eBay account in order to comply with the Digital Services Act. You can find more information on this topic in the Seller Portal.
If you have already stored your public business information, please take a moment to check whether it is correct and whether you want to publish this information in your listings. Until this has been verified in our system, the information you provided when registering your eBay account will be automatically displayed in your listings.
What to do:
- Go to Account settings in My eBay.
- Go to Public business information and confirm the email address and phone number.
- Check your business address under Business details.
