Dear sellers,
On May 5, 2021, we informed you that we would be introducing gradual improvements to the process for unpaid items in May. In this announcement , we made an error regarding the refund of fees.
After a purchase is canceled, the final value fee and the listing fee will be refunded. Any insertion fees and fees for optional features will not be refunded. In this respect, the rules regarding fee refunds correspond to the previous rules when opening a case for an unpaid item.
We apologize for the error in the previous announcement.
