New process for unpaid articles

Dear sellers,
As announced in the Seller News in March 2021, we will gradually introduce improvements to the process for unpaid items in May.
Your buyers have 4 calendar days after purchase to pay for an item. We proactively send payment reminders. If the item is not paid for within this period, you can cancel the purchase starting on the 5th calendar day. After the purchase is canceled, all fees will be refunded. The item can be relisted automatically if you have activated the feature for this.
The new functionality will be available to all sellers over the next few weeks. You will then have the option in Seller Cockpit Pro to cancel the purchase with the reason "Buyer has not paid".
