The new eBay podcast: motorcycle parts dealer GlobalMotoParts in conversation
Summary: A participant announces a new eBay podcast episode featuring a discussion with GlobalMotoParts, a motorcycle parts seller.
Dear sellers,
Our podcast team Isabell and Tino are joined by Martin Menzel, Category Manager in the motorcycle parts and accessories area at eBay Germany, and Niklas Priddat, founder and managing director of Global MotoParts, a leading company for motorcycle spare parts in Germany.
Considering that on January 1, 2022, the highest number since 2008 was reached in the Federal Republic with around 4.78 million motorcycles, and 1.48 million have been added since 2011, you can imagine what this growth means for the trade in motorcycle spare parts.
For the two passionate motorcyclists Niklas Priddat and his partner, Paul Reimann, eBay is the ideal marketplace for buying and selling spare parts, not just for motorcycles, but for all vehicles available on the market. The range at eBay offers an incomparable variety of products from around the globe. Economist Priddat and lawyer Reimann turned their passion into a profession in 2019 and founded the company GlobalMotoParts.
From Category Manager Martin Menzel, we learn how important the exchange with you, our sellers, is. Which products need to be found on eBay, in which areas our platform needs to be improved, and what importance vehicle compatibility lists have for the discoverability of suitable parts or accessories. We only get answers to all these questions and feedback on many areas of the platform at eBay through close contact with our sellers.
For anyone who wants to build a business on eBay, the podcast is a must. Here you can also learn how to avoid early mistakes when selling, how to deal with the highs and lows of a seasonal business, and what advice and support eBay offers to help you sell successfully on the marketplace.
We hope we’ve piqued your curiosity about this exciting podcast. Tune in and find out more!
Best regards,
Your eBay team
