The new podcast is here: Best of eBay Podcast 2024 with top tips for a successful 2025
Dear sellers,
our 3 podcast hosts Isabell, Lisa and Vincent have put together a review of the 2024 podcast year for you. They talk about their favorite episodes and once again share lots of useful tips for your 2025 business year.
A few impressive numbers upfront: This year, 18 episodes and 4 special episodes were recorded, 27 guests were in the podcast studio, and around 700 minutes of eBay podcast were recorded.
Vincent recalls his favorite episodes, International Selling and Protection of Trademark Rights, and sums up the most important points for you: from the super practical and effective product research tool to the most important regulations you need to observe, all the way to international shipping. His second favorite episode is the one about trademark law. As Legal Counsel, he knows this topic particularly well. The episode was only recently released and is a must-hear for anyone who sells not their own products, but those of other brands.
Isabell especially likes to remember the episode with our colleague Dirk Meusel about many topics relating to shipping, especially shipping during peak season and what should already be considered in advance. Her second favorite episode is the one with Michael Atug about customer service and customer retention. The multichannel rock star knows all the tricks and gives super important tips on how to best meet customer expectations.
Last but not least: Lisa’s two favorite episodes are, on the one hand, the one about artificial intelligence with Christian Bornmann. She gives another overview of our various AI tools. Her second favorite episode is the one with Held der Steine, Thomas Panke. His recipe for successful online retail with building blocks is the brick-and-mortar store, where customers can pick up their orders in person. For him, local selling is the path to success and to his customers.
We hope we’ve made you curious about the podcast episode and wish you lots of fun listening in. Turn it on now!
Kind regards
