The situation in Israel: We protect your business on eBay
Dear sellers,
The recent events in Israel may affect the shipping of packages to the affected areas. We support you and are making sure that you can continue running your eBay business smoothly.
We have taken measures to protect your service status if items you ship to Israel do not arrive on time. The following protective measures apply to transactions from September 25, 2023 until further notice:
- We will automatically remove defects related to the rate of items shipped late and the associated negative or neutral feedback.
- Item not received requests as well as all associated negative or neutral feedback will be automatically removed from your service metrics for transactions from September 25.
These measures will be enforced only if you uploaded valid tracking information to eBay before the estimated delivery date.
We are also extending the estimated delivery date for shipments to the affected areas to meet your buyers’ expectations and give you enough handling time for your orders.
