Dear business sellers,
We are updating our Terms and Conditions on February 11, 2024, to comply with the regulations of the Digital Services Act (DSA).
Our new terms and conditions can be found here. And here is an overview of the most important additions:
- A list of identity verification information to be provided by business sellers;
- Details on resolving disputes at eBay;
- Explanations of how personalized recommendations are displayed;
- More information on how eBay users and third parties can report prohibited content and listings.
Our current Terms and Conditions remain in effect until February 10, 2024.
