Dear commercial sellers,
We are updating our terms and conditions on February 11, 2024, to comply with the requirements of the Digital Services Act (DSA).
Our new terms and conditions can be found here. And here is an overview of the most important additions:
- A list of the identity verification information that must be provided by commercial sellers;
- Details on resolving disputes on eBay;
- Explanations of how personalized recommendations are displayed;
- Further information on how eBay users and third parties can report prohibited content and listings.
