Whether creating or editing listings, shipping, or communicating with customers – you decide which tasks your team members are allowed to handle. That way, you keep full control while your team works efficiently together.
As the account owner, you assign permissions that you can manage at any time in My eBay under “Permissions”.
Requirements for team members who take on tasks in your eBay account
- Team members must be registered with eBay or set up their own eBay account before they begin taking on tasks in your account.
- For security reasons, they must go through two-step verification. After that, they can use exactly the areas you grant access to.
