Compliance with French EPR regulations on eBay: step-by-step for uploading your UINs
We’re pleased to present our new video on French EPR regulations.
This video is intended to help you meet the EPR obligations in France on eBay. We also show you step by step how to upload your unique identification numbers (UINs) to your eBay account.
If you sell products on eBay to buyers in France, you must comply with French regulations under extended producer responsibility (EPR).
These regulations, defined in the Waste Prevention and Circular Economy Act, make the manufacturer responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from the design phase to the end of the product’s life.
Complying with French EPR regulations is not only a legal obligation, but also contributes to sustainability. You need a unique identification number (UIN) for each category in which you list items.
